Anne’s Story

Anne's StoryAnne tells us how cross-stitch helped her after a diagnosis.

My head always gets very busy; cross stitching is proving an excellent medicine for that. Because I concentrate so hard on counting and stitching, there is no room in my head for fretting and overthinking.
