We are so excited to have Moda fabric now in store. One of our first ranges we have in is Pondicherry by French General. This delightful fabric range is a perfect way to celebrate French Generals 20th birthday.
Inspired by the colours of an 18th-century French colony in India, Pondicherry includes small Indienne prints, floral block printed designs and several larger paisley and border prints. The colours of “old India” come through with faded shades of indigo, deep magenta and classic red, while pale grey and pearl ground the collection.
Pondicherry is the second range we have in from Moda and what a treat it is too. French General design quilting fabric for Moda and to celebrate their 20th anniversary they have designed some remarkably exquisite prints that include small Indienne prints, floral block-printed designs as well as larger paisley and border prints.
I have chosen some of my favourite prints from the collection for you to see – but this is just a taster – have a look for yourself and let your imagination take a hold of you. Go on, go ahead and create your interpretation of Pondicherry using these fabulous prints by French General.
There are four different quilt kits. Each of them has a very different feel. From bright and bold to the more traditional homestead style, each oozes style. These can be purchased from the French General website.
