Mental Health Month

Every year, one in four people will experience a mental health problem. Mind makes sure that anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support. Relaxing activities like cross stitch can help reduce stress and improve your mental wellbeing, so we are delighted to have created six calming cross stitch kits, which will raise a minimum of £5,000 for Mind. Our aim is to help Mind make sure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
