Emma's StoryEmma tells us how craft helps her when she is having feeling depressed. 

Craft distracts me if I’m having a bad day, it motivates me to get up and do something when I’m feeling depressed. It cheers me up when I’m feeling low and it really benefits me in lots of ways. The online crafting community is full of lovely supportive people.

I also attend craft workshops and have been to two workshops that John Bloodworth has organised called  The All Counties Craft Challenge.  I believe he’s half way to target. I also get together with a good friend and we craft together, she’s the reason my flat is over-run with crafty stuff!
